It's Auction Time!

The Action:

• At Noon, the Auctioneer will ascend to the stage and, once Order has been established, introduce the first participant by handle, describe them(per the submitted bio), and state the particpant's limits. The prospective chattel(weg) will then be given a chance to 'strutt their stuff'! In other words, give the bidders a Reason or Enticement to Buy them! Have Fun! Be Creative! Once finished, the Auctioneer will then direct bidding to commence. Be Wise! Don't bid all your coins at Once or you may Lose the purchase of a lifetime!(wry g)
• Mystress Alaska Princess is compiling a list of the bios of the intrepid souls destined for the Block...(if the list is Too long a vote will be held to determine the most desirable 'items'(hungry g)! Once all the 'merchandise' has confirmed their 'availability'(eg), a list of the finalists will be posted. All Final bios for each participant will be posted for review on the Castle Bulletin Board by December 3rd, 1999.
• As always, Doms, subs, kajirae, and Others are available for purchase. Submissives, slaves and kajirae will be auctioned as slaves. Doms may be auctioned as 'Doms for hire', OR they May be auctioned off as a *slave*, and will take the status of a slave with whomever purchases them, even if it is a sub(amused g)(chuckle). Other entries will post their status in their Bios and Limits....the possibilities are limited Only by your imagination!
• All Masters/Mistresses and sub/slaves/kajirae, as well as the less 'leather orientated' Castle folk, are Encouraged to participate. Haven't you ever wanted a 'stable' of Five eager slaves? Or perhaps to have the attentions of your Favorite Dom or Doms???(vwg) Maybe a night of Personalized Sensual Dancing is more your speed! Or a seductive encounter with your favorite Barfly? Now's your Chance!!!(enticing s and gaze)

Auctioneers:

• The Auctioneers will be will be Dark Traveler and Master Ogre. Mistress Beauty & Mystress Alaska Princess will act as 'stand by' auctioneers.

Participants:

• The Official Chattel-Bio/Entrance form is right *HERE*, however, only Updates to current "OnTheBlock" entrants will be accepted at this time. Submitting the form is considered as Agreeing to All terms & conditions of participation(see "Rules of Ownership").
• The Top 20-25 brave souls will be contacted to confirm their 'availability' and consent to be auctioned at least two weeks before any bidding takes place.
• Bidders are requested to Email treasury@beautyscastle.com stating their handle, and that they have or are in the process of purchasing Castle Tender and in what denominations. The Treasury is Open and will Close on Saturday January 8, 2000. There will be No coin purchases After the Treasury closes, and No exchanges of currency between bidders will be recognized after January 10th! All bidders will be notified by Email on January 12th with the final balance of Castle Tender they have on account. Bidders may also choose a surrogate bidder in the event they they will not be able to attend the Auction personally. All coins Not spent at Auction may be saved for Future Auctions & Events, or exchanged at a rate of .75$ per Dollar toward Castle Citizenships.

Rules of Conduct:

1. The Auctioneers will control the auction. Look to them for general guidance and when to speak and bid. Their authority is Absolute, and they may 'eject' offenders from the Square at their discretion.
2. The Auctioneer will announce the name of the sub, Dom, or Other to be auctioned, followed by a brief description and introduction. The prospective 'merchandise' will then 'enter' and be given an opportunity to 'strutt their stuff' or otherwise arouse the bidders' attentions (playful g). The Auctioneer will then open the floor to bids. ONLY then will the buyers be allowed to place Valid bids.
3. Bidder's should use codes when speaking:
   1. Officail Bids shall be posted with a "$$" before each entry.
   2. Questions to Auctioneers shall be posted with a "??" before each entry.
4. Please use the above codes as they will help keep the confusion down!(knowing look)
5. Bids will be made in denominations of silver, gold, or platinum pieces and gold dubloons. Example: "...$$ I bid 100 silver pieces for KJ!" or "...$$ Two gold dubloons for Gwyneth Rose!"
6. Those people present, but Not participating as items for the Block or Bidders should behave as a Responsible audience.
7. The Auctioneer, in her/his inestimable Wisdom, shall warn overly disruptive Citizens at least Once, but thereafter may 'twit' or 'eject' said offender at will(serious gaze).

Tender:

• Bidder's will use the Castle Tender of Beauty's Castle. To acquire Castle Tender take a trip to the Treasury

Rules of Ownership:

• The newly purchased 'property' will be available for one 'scene' of at least 2 hours duration, commencing any time immediately after the auction but within the next 48 hours. Other times may be negotiated by the respective parties at their own discretion, or noted in the "Limits" section of a participant's Bio.
• Prospective 'property' are warned in advanced that they are expected to participate in the 'scene', even if they are not particularly fond of who purchased them, in the light of Good Fun and Games!(bright warm cheerful s and gaze)
• There will be no refunds should a 'scene' not work out. The Motto being, "Caveat Emptor!" Remember, this is all for Fun (playful g), and to help facilitate the ongoing upkeep of Beauty's Castle.
